Orange Ya Thrilled?

Well, I have finished my

Orange Slice quilt top.

DSCN2629

I really did like making

these blocks…and then

putting them together.

And as I said before,

this is my first time

making a quilt with

solid white fabric.

The design is so simple

yet stunning!!

I’ve decided I don’t

want a border after all.

It’s perfect as it is!

I will bind it with orange!

I’ve got bee on Saturday

at my house, so maybe I

can get it pinned and ready

to quilt on Sunday?

Wait ‘til you see the

AWESOMELY

ORANGE

fabric I’ve got

for the backing…

Orange ya realizing

I’m now CRAZY about

ORANGE???

  1. That really is a beautiful quilt Polly. Can't wait to see the back:) How small are those orange squares. They look T-tiny.

  15. My sons' high school colors were orange and white. Over the years, we've worn lots of orange. DH just walked out the door in his orange sweatshirt to go to the HS football game. Your quilt looks awesome. What fabric are you using for the binding? Have fun with your bee tomorrow.
