What a lovely zippy bag. The quilt I have made the most is an Irish Chain. My favorite right now though is the Grandmother's Flower Garden. I have yet to make one, but I do have a few hexagons cut out to help me get started. I am already a follower. I have google reader set up on my desktop so as soon as you submit a post it pops up in my reader and can go right to it. :)

ReplyDeleteI am a follower and must say that I enjoy the pictures of Yogi as much as all the quilty stuff. Don't usually make the same quilt twice but I do like to make Dresden plates. Easy to cut and to sew and they look great. Thanks for the giveaway and give Yogi a hug for me.

ReplyDeleteThe pattern I have made the most is a flannel/denim raggy quilt using an Evelyn Sloppy pattern from an old Traditional Quiltworks magazine. I've lost count of how many I made but started making them as graduation gifts 6 or 7 years ago, and just started ragging another today. Time flies! LOL

ReplyDeleteI love the disappearing 9patch... so simple and you can apply the principle to so many other things as well! Sew lots of pretty things, cut them up, then sew them back together... seems to be the general basis of quilting anyway haha.

ReplyDeleteI'm not the quilted my mother is. We do craft shows together and are in the process of opening an online shop. If it can be quilted shE will quilt it. She made everyone quilts fir Christmas last year. Mine is made with cat and dig fabric. It turned out cute. I have pictures on my Facebook photos. ( my I'd us my name). Your dog is cute.

I don't know if I have a favorite quilt pattern- I have made Ricky Tims convergence pattern at least 8 times but I think I love the lone star the best- of which I have made two. I also love bargello designs and have made 3 of them. I love quilting so anything that allows me to play with fabric is alright with me.

I am a new follower! I have never made a quilt. Well, I hand sewed (what!?) one about ten years ago, but it has long fallen apart, ha! It is on my to do list, as I am a much better sewer now, and have a machine too :)
