Enjoy your retirement! I retired almost four years ago and have not regretted it for even a day. I am always busy and never bored. I have a room full of fabric and patterns to keep me happy.
Do it, Polly! How fun to do something like that when you feel fine and just want to enjoy it! Good for you! Congratulations on your many years of service and a well deserved retirement!
Congratulations! I retired four years ago and had also taught for thirty-four years. You'll be so busy you will wonder how you ever had time to go to work. I wish you a healthy and happy retirement. Enjoy every minute!
Congratulations Polly!!! Absolutely pj's all day...quite often you can find me in my pj's late afternoon, just hate it when the door bell rings. Have a wonderful Wednesday and a wonderful, long and healthy retirement, you will never be soooo busy!!
Congratulations! I retired a year ago after 37 years as a social worker. I had to make a rule for myself that I would be up, showered, and dressed by 9:30 every morning. I am not necessarily a morning person so I was afraid I would just lay in bed every morning until noon. I really like my routine. You will find that you don't have enough time in the day to do every thing.
Congratulations on your retirement. Best wishes for it to be everything you want!
I am a longtime educator myself, and am ready to retire. I've reached my "rule of 85" date but can't make that move yet. I have set my goal for 2 years from now, when I turn 60.
Congratulations Polly. Enjoy your retirement... I LOVE Pajama days..... I am going on retreat this weekend and we often don't get dressed all day. Just shower and put on clean jamas.LOL
congrats! go for the pj's! do get around to doing all the things you've thought about doing sometime ... have a cuppa in a teahouse in japan, buy batiks in bankok, walk the great wall; let your imagination run wild! been there, done that!

I say that sounds like the perfect idea!!! LOL!! Congratulations on your retirement, it must feel wonderful, after 35 years of nusring I sure do feel like I would like to retire soon too, but not quite yet LOL!!!! Enjoy this part of your life, you deserve it!!!!
Congratulations! Did you stay in your jammies all day? What did you stitch? Did you watch any soaps? What happened on Ellen today? Enjoy your new life.
You'll wonder how you ever had time to go to work! You'll be busy...but then you can have days when you stay in your pjs and do nothing much at all! lol
Good for you....Tomorrow is my last day at work....I will know what to do with myself. Nothing....so do the same thing. Yogi will love having his Mama home.....Congradulation....now more time to create......
All day in pajamas sounds like a perfect plan. I have 14 (or so) years to go. My retired teacher friends are living it up. They love subbing in different grades. Have fun!
Happy retirement Polly, this is the first day of the rest of your life and have fun. I am sure Yogi will get use to you being home and will be just over joyed. Spend a day in your jammies it will be fun but just one day. Hugs Sandra
