Yogi is so confused!  He can’t figure out why I am still at home!! LOL!

  2. Enjoy your retirement! I retired almost four years ago and have not regretted it for even a day. I am always busy and never bored. I have a room full of fabric and patterns to keep me happy.

  5. Upon retirement 12 years ago, my DH presented me with a box of chocolates so I could lay around all day in my pajamas and eat bon-bons....loved it!

Since then I found sewing fabric much less fattening.....

  11. Congratulations Polly!!! Absolutely pj's all day...quite often you can find me in my pj's late afternoon, just hate it when the door bell rings. Have a wonderful Wednesday and a wonderful, long and healthy retirement, you will never be soooo busy!!

  12. Congratulations! I retired a year ago after 37 years as a social worker. I had to make a rule for myself that I would be up, showered, and dressed by 9:30 every morning. I am not necessarily a morning person so I was afraid I would just lay in bed every morning until noon. I really like my routine. You will find that you don't have enough time in the day to do every thing.

  13. Congratulations on your retirement. Best wishes for it to be everything you want!

I am a longtime educator myself, and am ready to retire. I've reached my "rule of 85" date but can't make that move yet. I have set my goal for 2 years from now, when I turn 60.
