Tonight is Friday Night Sew-In!!

Ok, I'm going to be brave and sit in my
sweltering sewing room tonight for
 Friday Night Sew-In!

I am working on my Schnibbles Times Two
contest entry quilt that I must finish

completely and send photos to Kelly at

The pattern I am working on is Spin City
in the smaller size made with charm squares.

And I'm using 2 charm packs from the Moda
"Boutique" line and am reallllly loving it!!

I have all the cutting done

and I am assembling the blocks.

I've now finally finished making all
the blocks and must stop for tonight.

We're going out for a late dinner
 and movie now,
so this is all I'm going to be able
to get done tonight!!
Hope to finish it up tomorrow!!
TGIF, y'all!!!!!!!!  :-)

  5. I love the Boutique line, you got a lot done!
What movie are you seeing? We were suppose to go out to movies tonight but Paul had to work OT. So I sewed. We were going to see the movie Inception. Tomorrow a wedding and Sunday a surprise Anniv. party. Movie night will have to wait.

  7. Oh, it sounds and looks like you had a lovely evening! Your little quilt is adorable, especially with the charm pack you chose. We played Blokus, then pulled the Mustang convertible out and headed for the Dairy Queen. Have to wait until the sun goes down to enjoy being outside. Have a great weekend, look forward to seeing your finished quilt!
