OK, I am sewwww in love!!
In love with Granny Squares!
So addictive!!! Soooo lovely!!
I’ve been working on them all week longggg!!
I got 26 blocks from my new Marmalade jelly roll.
I used 20 of them for my quilt top, which I hope to start quilting tomorrow!! Woo hoo!!
And the other 6 became this!!
My new table runner!!
Which I did the hand sewing of the binding on during bee yesterday!! I didn’t put a label on it, as I might want to use it on the reverse side as I love the old garden print I used from my stash!
Look at this snack table spread at bee yesterday!!
Check out this amazing sewing room!!! It has it’s own zipcode!!
It belongs to my dear bee friend, Linda!! Lucky girl!!
It has a fireplace!! OMG!!! Love it!!
Soooo, what are you working on this weekend???
Beautiful granny squares, Polly! I'm sure they will make a gorgeous quilt. The runner looks great!
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping to work on a little quilt for my 1-year old. Hopefully, she'll take a long nap tomorrow!
Love the squares and table runner Polly. I am working on a scrappy nine patch quilt top that will be for my oldest and the borders for my raggedy Ann quilt. It has been nice spending time in my sewing room.

ReplyDeleteOur new home in Mn has a very small living room. One day we'll have to build a large famiy room on, its just too small for five growing kids. Perhaps then I can make it into my sewing room!! Until then, I'll be stuck with a corner again!
ReplyDeleteI love all of your granny squares Polly... I can't believe that you got all of those done and a table runner ta' boot! Your Seasons Series on the stand are really sweet too!
