So, I decided to do something fun to celebrate! I'm having a givaway! I've never done this before, so I went to other blogs I read that have held their own givaways and got ideas of how to do it!
Five Christmas fat quarters from Loralie and a new book I just bought at retreat this past weekend- "Six Halves Make a Whole Christmas". It's got some really beautiful and easy to make quilts in it!! So, here are the givaway requirements-
1. For five chances to win, you must become a follower of my blog.
2. For an additional chance to win, leave a comment on this post and tell me your favorite season of the year and why.
3. For another additional chance to win, tell about my givaway on your blog or Facebook page with a link back to my blog!
The winner's name will be randomly drawn and posted on my blog on Monday, October 12th.
I hope you have enjoyed reading my blog and allowing me to share my love of all things "quilty" and more!! Good luck to all who enter! Maybe you will be the winner!!
Congratulations on your 100th post!
ReplyDeleteI'm already a follower, so I'll just leave a comment. Fall is my favorite time of year because of the colors. In South Dakota right now the leaves are beginning to turn red and gold, the corn is being harvested under a cornflower blue sky that you only seem to see this time of year.
Congratulations on your 100 posts! This is my first visit, but surely won't be my last. I just became a follower. Love your writing and photos!
ReplyDeleteI love the fall colors, but I have to say that Spring is my favorite season...the promise of new life does it for me!
Thank you for the wonderful giveaway opportunity.
Happy 100th post Polly. For me Fall and Spring are tied for favorite. Fall for the cool after a long hot summer and Spring for all things renewed. Have a great weekend and thanks for the giveaway.

THIS is my favorite time of year - FALL. I love the smell of "coolness", I love the Fall colors, I love pumpkins, I love making Halloween costumes and I love shorter days which makes me feel like keeping on my robe and slippers longer while cuddling in a quilt with a cup of hot cocoa.
ReplyDeletePolly, I've LONG been your blog follower so know that you'll be featured in a post today telling fellow-bloggers about your great giveaway.
AND - meanwhile - I'm going to go get another cup of hot cocoa because I REALLY am in my robe and slippers as I type...LOL
