Caliente Revisited

I took the scraps leftover from the Caliente poppy quilt I made last month and made a table runner.  I strip pieced them onto a muslin and added a border.

I realllllllly love the backing fabric and because I want to be able to use either side, I'm not adding a label.  Isn't this a beautiful floral on the back?

I took it outside on the deck this afternoon to photograph and the Yogster just HAD to sit right down on it!!  He's lucky he's so cute, huh?

  1. I love this table runner. I like that you are making it reversible, too. When I photograph my quilts outside, I usually take one shot with Conner sitting on the quilt. He is used to being told to "Sit here" while I snap a picture. Yogi is too cute!

  6. Yogi seems to like it too, Polly. Both Yogi and your tablerunner are bright and shiny - like a ray of sumshine with flowers blooming on the reverse side.

I'm finding it hard right now to get Sew Cindy time in. More relatives AGAIN today.....when will it cease?

  8. Love it, again! These fabrics are way too good to be pushed into a drawer and forgotten. Your backing is neat, too!
