I finished this month’s Schnibble… actually a “Little Bite”… Carrie’s new collection of patterns for Moda’s newest precut- the tiny 2 1/4” mini-charm packs.
I made mine from Sandy Gervais’ “Monster Bash collection.
Super quick and easy little quilt to make!!
I‘ve needed a little table quilt for Halloween, so it is perfect!!
And because I might want to use it on the reverse side sometime, I did not put on a label.
And now I can’t wait to start on Hubble for the October Schnibble… but as my younger son is getting married in two weeks, it will have to wait until after October 6th!
This week, I gotta get my dress for the wedding made…
Soooo, what are you working on this fine autumn weekend??
Your Speck is adorable! The striped binding is the perfect finishing touch. I love Sandy Gervais' fabrics. I may have to do a Halloween version of this too - thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteI love it in Halloween fabrics. I had been thinking of making an Autumn one but now I may change my mind! You always have such fabulous backs on your quilts and this one's no exception. Sounds like you have an exciting couple of weeks ahead :)
ReplyDeleteLove your Speck...too cute! Now, about your dress, you are having it made? Is it gorgeous? What color! What style? Inquiring minds want to know!
ReplyDeleteI have been working on sashing my beginner's quilt along top. I realized I did not have enough of the fabric I planned to use so I had to make some design changes.
ReplyDeleteLove the Speck!!!! Great colors and backing on it.
ReplyDeleteHave fun sewing.
I'm not into Holloween decorating so I don't gravitate towards those fabrics. I would rather spend time on something that lasts the year rather than a theme something. Not enough room in my cupboards.
ReplyDeleteLove it! That tiny stripe really is perfect for it too.
ReplyDeleteThis is so darn cute Polly! What a fun way to use the pattern of Little Bites... little holiday wall pieces!
ReplyDeleteOh how cute! I won two of those charm packs last week and am looking forward to using them. Nice job! P.s. I am doing Hubble for October as well.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the wedding!
I love it! Halloween quilts are always so fun! As soon as I'm done visiting a few blogs I hope to get started on Hubble! Enjoy the wedding :-)
